Update: 10/25/23 11:56 am - Pep Bus is Full.Junior High and High School Parents,On Thursday, October 26, 2023, our High School Volleyball Team will be playing in Belt for the district volleyball tournament.  The school will be taking a pep bus with a limited amount of seats available for JH and HS students to ride to the game.  The bus will be leaving at 8 a.m. and returning to school at approximately 12:20.If your JH or HS student would like to ride the pep bus to this game they will need to: 1.  Fill out the permission slip form and turn it in on Wednesday 10/25/23 by noon.2.  Bring money for gate entry ($8.00) as well as concessions 3.  Students must be academically eligibleWe will fill the bus based on the order permission slips are turned in.  First come, first serve.

Your son/daughter will be invited to attend a presentation by the Cascade County Sheriff's office on October 24th. The middle school and high school will have separate sessions, each one approximately one hour long. Middle school assembly will be at 2:00p and High School will follow at approx. 3:00p. The content in this assembly presented by Detective Angel Creech and SRO Andrew Lugo will cover the following topics: the dangers of social media; internet safety on devices; "Sexting" or sharing private pictures/information with each other on cell phones, gaming devices and computers. As a school district, we feel that this is important as these topics do come up in the school during the course of the year. Due to an increasing number of on-going situations that involve "sexting" or inappropriate use of school Chromebooks, the information your student will be receiving will help them navigate this new and dangerous online world that we are a part of. Because of the sensitive nature of the information and topics discussed in the presentation, we are asking you, as the parent or guardian, to verify whether or not you want your child to participate. The Cascade PTA has LOTS of brand-new Halloween costumes !! These were donated and it is time for them to go to good homes! The costume giveaway will be in the commons on Monday, October 23, and Tuesday, October 24 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. We have something in every size, it appears, so please come with your kiddo and pick out something wonderful!! Legacy Retakes For Individual Student PicturesLegacy will be at the school, Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 8:00 AM for individual student picture retakes.  Students and staff who were absent on the original picture day will have a chance to make it up.  Students who were absent will be bringing home a Legacy order form on Wednesday.  Students that have already had their picture taken and want retakes, please bring back your original picture packet so you can turn it in to the photographer. On picture day, students will receive a QR code to bring home so a parent/guardian can scan it and it will take them to their students' online ordering gallery.
