WANTED Early Kindergarten Students CASCADE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2016-2017 school year 4 years old by 9/10/16 ½ days Monday-Friday (8:00-11:00 a.m.) Certified Teacher Register with Tracy in the main office by May 15.   We MUST have at least 8 students to keep the class open.  

NETWORK DESIGN TEAM BRIEFS GIANFORTE

Greg Gianforte, business man, entrepreneur, and gubernatorial candidate stopped by Cascade on Wednesday to watch the BPA network design team present! These guys head to national competition on May 3rd.  Way to go Cascade BPA!

SPRING CONCERT

The Spring Concert date has changed! It is now May 2, 2016. Click for more information. That means our quilt raffle drawing will also move to May 2nd at the concert.

POWER OUTAGE

Shortly before 8:00 a.m. Friday we experienced a wide-area power outage. Fortunately there was no school scheduled due to a planned PIR day. We understand the power outage includes Simms, where the Girls JH Basketball Tournament was scheduled to continue today. Those games for today have been postponed until tomorrow. The Cascade JH Girls team will play at 11:45a.m. Saturday. The Golf match scheduled Saturday in Fairfield has been canceled due to rain/snow.

DISTRICT MUSIC FESTIVAL

Congratulations to our high school musicians on an awesome District Music Festival. Our band and choir both earned Superior (1) ratings and we have three performances from the solo / ensemble day that qualified for the State Music Festival.   Our full results can be seen HERE:

CONGRATS MRS. JORDAN

Congratulations Mrs. Yvette Jordan, our Elementary SpEd Teacher, for being awarded a One Classroom At A Time $250 check from First Interstate Bank and Great Falls CBS affiliate KRTV. Mrs. Jordan will use the funds to purchase Balance Cusions, Yoga Balls, Stabilizer Rings and room light covers. 

COW TRIPLETS STORY REACHES USA TODAY

Cascade Elementary students Hal and Rial McGregor and their parents Iain and Farrah McGregor are proud "cow-parents" to triplicate calves born April 2nd on their ranch. The story made news in the Great Falls Tribune and was picked up by USA TODAY. Here's a link to the story.
