NOTICE OF TRUSTEE ELECTION CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the number of candidates filing a Declaration of Intent and Oath of Candidacy for
the open trustee position on the Cascade School Board of Trustees, District No. 3 & B, Cascade
County, State of Montana is equal to or less than the number of positions to be elected, the
trustee election is not necessary.
THEREFORE, the necessary 30 day notice is hereby given that the Cascade School District No. 3 &
B, Cascade County, State of Montana, Trustee Election is cancelled.

NOTICE OF GENERAL FUND LEVY ELECTION CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Cascade School District No. 3 & B, Cascade County, State of
Montana, has determined that the district’s adopted General Fund budget authority for FY2027
is sufficient to meet the operating needs of District 3 Elementary and District B High School
without imposing additional property taxes; and
WHEREAS, the Board does not find it necessary to request additional General Fund levy
authority from the qualified electors at this time;
THEREFORE, the necessary notice is hereby given that the General Fund Levy Election
previously anticipated to be held by Cascade School District No. 3 & B, Cascade County, State of
Montana, is hereby cancelled.
