October 1, 2021
Dear Cascade School Family,
It’s amazing to think we only have a few weeks left in the first quarter of this school year. Homecoming was a great success. Our student council put together a fun Friday of float building and games and we had a great number of students show up. Our family movie night was also well attended and we would like to incorporate more of these community events in the near future.
October brings cooler weather and awareness to many great causes. Our schools will be focusing specifically on drug abuse prevention with Red Ribbon Week October 25th-30th, fire prevention, and earthquake safety as we participate in The Great Shakeout on October 25th.
The first quarter ends on October 14th. Family conferences will be October 26th and 28th. We will not be having an open house style conference in the Junior High and High School, instead we will be scheduling individual conferences with families. If you do not get asked for a conference, but would still like to meet with teachers, please contact the teachers any time throughout the year to discuss your child’s progress.
Just a reminder, there is no school on October 21st and 22nd.
Go Badgers!
