SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION BY ACCLAMATION

CASCADE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. B

Under MCA 20-3-313, if the number of candidates filing for vacant positions or filing a declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate is equal to or less than the number of positions to be elected, the trustees may cancel the election. As of the March 31st deadline, two candidates had filed for the one vacant trustee position, one of whom withdrew their candidacy. The school election has been declared canceled by election administrator, Karsen Drury on behalf of the Cascade Board of Trustees. Mark McKamey will take the Ulm seat on the Cascade School Board at the May 17, 2022 Annual Organizational Meeting.

SCHOOL GENERAL FUND LEVY ELECTION

CASCADE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3 & B AND CASCADE SCHOOL DSTRICT NO. B

Per law, if the trustees later determine that a levy proposition is not necessary, the district may cancel a levy election at any time prior to election day. The school levy elections have been declared canceled by election administrator, Karsen Drury on behalf of the Cascade Board of Trustees.
