1st, 3rd, & 5th Grade Dental Screenings

The Cascade City-County Health Department is providing free dental screenings again this year at Cascade Elementary on Monday, March 14th. The screenings will be for students in 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades and will take place during the school day. The results will be sent home to inform parents of any dental health issues. If you do not want your child to participate in the screening, please fill out the form which will be sent home on Thursday, March 10th and return it by Monday, March 14th. The form does not need to be returned if you would like your child to participate in the screening. Please let Michelle Price know if you have any questions.
