CALL TO ACTION
The Cascade Badger Nation answered a CALL TO ACTION Friday, March 4th, to help raise funds for Finnley Foster, daughter of Pat Foster, a basketball referee from the Havre pool. Recently Pat's daughter was diagnosed with a rare Immune Deficiency disease. He and his family have made several trips to Seattle for treatment, and the bills are piling up.
Pat helps kids in a way few wish to help. Referees are hard to come by and good ones are even more rare. Pat is top notch. I think this would be a great way to show our appreciation to all officials and help his daughter Finnley.
Badger Nation has joined in hosting a state-wide Hat Day today by charging $1 per student to allow them to wear hats in school today to help Pat and his family. The funds will be sent to Pat via Principal Ken Larson at Conrad High School. If you'd like to make a donation, please call Principal Larson at 406-278-3285.
